Within the context of the global pandemic in 2020 and its consequent quarantines, Pikme came in. A platform that allows local SMEs  to quickly adapt to the new reality, conecting  local businesses with nearby consumers. It is made up of two applications, one for the entrepreneur/business who wants to offer their products and another for the consumer interested in supporting small and medium-sized local businesses.

Maze platform was used to test the most important flows. In this way, the usability highlights were the following:

75% found inventory flow very easy

86% considered it very easy to put together an order
